Class schedule & updates for October 17th – November 17th
Hello everyone! We have a brand new location & class schedule for R.E.A.C.T. Camp in Central Park!!! Due to popular demand we have added two extra lunch time classes in for members wanting to get a great workout during their lunch break. Unfortunately, for the next few weeks the morning classes are booked!
Monday:
(Lunch)11am – 12pm & 12:10pm – 1:10pm
(Afterwork)5:30pm – 6:30pm
Tuesday:

Wednesday:

Thursday:

Friday:
NO CLASSES
Saturday:
1pm-2pm & 2:10pm-3:10pm
To book a spot for your first class please reply with the day and time of the class(s) you would like to attend and you will be added to the class roster!
LOCATION!
Members will meet right in front of The Central Park Ballfields Cafe which is located on the border of the Heckscher Ball fields. It is between field 1 & 6. Please wait outside the cafe on the walkway.

Emran the creator of R.E.A.C.T. will be teaching these classes personally!
When you arrive in front of the cafe you will see Emran holding a RED flag so you will recognize him. Please check in with him to get you started!
Members are required to bring:
- Water
- Towel
- Workout or Yoga mat
- Workout gloves (optional but suggested)
