Question: What is a R.E.A.C.T. Private fitness coaching?
Answer: This is a one on one session with one of our elite R.E.A.C.T. coaches. They will design and take you through an exercise routine that is custom made for your fitness level. Each private coaching session blends innovative fitness techniques together creating the ultimate feel good, heart pumping workout! After the session you will realize that your fitness goals are not that far away!
Private session can be held:
In your home, your private gym or at one of the outdoor R.E.A.C.T designated parks!
Question: What is a R.E.A.C.T. Group Classes?
Answer: Group classes or R.E.A.C.T. Camp as we like to call it, are fitness classes containing 10-20 students. Each R.E.A.C.T. camp is held outdoors at one of our designated parks around the N.Y.C. area. During the winter seasons we will conduct classes at our indoor locations. Each R.E.A.C.T. Camp is divide into 3 phases.
- Cardio & body weight exercices ( 30 min)
- Partner exercises (15 min) – students work in pairs.
- Exercise stations (15 min) – students train at 5 various stations with rotations.
