Karen Sirignano

Karen is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Fitness Coach with over seven years of experience and a certified SPIN Instructor. She specializes in fast-paced workouts, which incorporate cardio and circuit strength training and has worked with a variety of different clients with specific needs and goals. She carefully designs personalized programs that cycle her clients through a variety of different training regimens that challenge the body by creating muscle confusion that achieve proven maximized results.
She holds a BA from Pace University, New York in History. She has additional certifications in prenatal/postnatal training, integrated core training, flexibility, and training the elderly. Most recently, she gained a certification in weight management.
In 2005, Karen was employed at a physical therapy/chiropractic office as an Exercise Physiologist. In this capacity, she worked directly with patients administering their exercise prescriptions and thus progressing their rehabilitation. Here she gained valuable experience in post rehab and lower back pain management and continues to utilize this training daily.
In her spare time she loves to take Yoga & Pilates, swim, run and try anything new and challenging. She is an avid believer in cross training and encourages her clients to do the same. Karen is enthusiastic about fitness and healthy living , and inspires others by living her own life by those ideals.
