React Elite
R.E.A.C.T. Elite: Imagine the description of R.E.A.C.T. Camp but on ROCKET FUEL! This group class is for intermediate to advanced individuals in fitness. Techniques for R.E.A.C.T. Elite center around building strength & conditioning on an athletic level. For students to attend this class they must either, complete 12 R.E.A.C.T Camps or get the approval from a R.E.A.C.T. Elite coach. Some techniques include: Hydro Tube, Kettle Bells, Precision Jumps, Slam Ball, Weighted Sleds, Power lifting and many advanced endurance & strength based techniques. Many who attend this class are striving to take their fitness level above and beyond the norm. Some current participants use this class to get ready for: Full marathons, Mixed martial Arts competitions, Tri-Athalons and extreme races such as Tough Mudder,Spartan race, Run for your lives etc. To try out for R.E.A.C.T.
